Eclectic Chic snapped a quick photo before heading out into the NYC hustle and bustle! For tonight’s NYFW shows and events, I wore my 2 piece Ted Baker ensemble and tote!
Celebrity designer, Corey Woods, presented his highly anticipated EYESPY collection on September 10, 2017. Eclectic Chic got the top VIP Assassin Package for YEROC’s NYFW presentation. This included the preferred seated access to the private YEROC by Corey Woods fashion presentation; a pair of luxury eyewear; an exclusive opportunity to order collection right off runway; exclusive access to fashion insider only products; access to the official YEROC by Corey Woods afterparty at the YEROC loft on 23rd street; exclusive VIP section at afterparty; photo op with Corey Woods; and my deluxe gift bag.
Eclectic Chic got a sneak peak of Corey Wood’s EYESPY collection!
An exclusive fashion portal was opened to the public at 4pm. Eclectic Chic got to partake in the rare chance to interact with the live YEROC models, the press, and experience an ultimate shopping excursion into all of the YEROC and YERISE collections.
Eclectic Chic readers already know that I am a big foodie. On the way into the YEROC NYFW event, the EATALY across the street caught my eye! I stepped out for a quick bite to eat. My waiter and the chefs at the EATALY were wonderful. They made this great recommendation and served me fresh mozzarella on a bed of seasonal peaches and greens.
After finishing my quick snack, I returned to the venue to be informed that it had reached capacity and could not re-enter due to the amount of people already present. As I began to regret being lured away from the event for food, the beautiful queen (pictured above), gave me one quick look over, told me, “this outfit is wonderful and deserves to be inside”, took my hand, and stated “she’s with me” as she escorted me back into the event. The photographers took pictures of us beside the other celebrity guests. If Eclectic Chic did not already feel the VIP treatment, this was definitely the icing on the cake! The official YEROC by Corey Woods fashion show presentation began at 6pm. The private presentation consisted of an intimate setting with 150 guests. A select few VIP seats were open to the public and the remainder were reserved for celebrity clientele, mass media and press outlets.
As a part of my Assassin VIP package, I was excited to pick out a pair of never-before-seen eyewear from the EYESPY collection. What do you think? Do you like #1?…

…or #3? Can you guess which pair I chose? Although all of the new eyewear presented that night were quite tempting, I absolutely fell in love with the #3 pair pictured above. Between the unique design, bright gold metallic incorporations, and the beautiful resemblance of monarch butterfly wings, I couldn’t help but to choose this pair. I wear them everyday now, and turn a lot of heads doing so.
It didn’t hurt either that one of the handsome YEROC NYFW models (pictured above, on my right), Quincy Giles, was so friendly and helped me while narrowing down my top picks of the eyewear from the EYESPY collection. They all did a great job on the runway, too! #EYESPY the #EYECANDY
All in all, I had a fantastic time with a great group of people! The atmosphere, fashion show and new YEROC line did not disappoint! Eclectic Chic cannot wait to see Corey Woods’ designs for the next fall New York Fashion Week, so stay tuned. Now it’s time to call my Uber, and on to Rihanna’s NYFW Fenty Beauty x PUMA fashion show.
