Yay! Part 2 of the Eclectic Chic #TravelsWithLia Martha’s Vineyard trip is finally here! You will get an inside look at our tour of the island, and some of the local favorite treats we took time to enjoy! Let’s keep going with this wonderful journey!
We absolutely loved the bus tour of Martha’s Vineyard. The lighthouses were so picturesque. I am so happy we got to see this landmark in person! We also stopped with the rest of our tour group to get lobster rolls for a snack! Delicious!
Look! Over There!
As if we didn’t already have enough lobster, we continued on to dinner with lobster, butter, steak, and tasty sides. The red meat was so tender and tasted amazing with the complimentary horseradish sauce, asparagus, and red skin potatoes. The lobster was also so fresh and yummy!
The experience was not complete without a lobster bib! On a scale of 1-10, how chic do I look in my bib? Regardless of your answer to that question, I’m so glad I had it. Butter dripping down my clothes would have been no fun at all! I definitely dodged a bullet by wearing it!
We absolutely loved staying at the Summercamp Hotel. It was beyond comfortable with the most divine bedsheets (they are known for how well-made their bedsheets are, and they even sell new bed sets from the same manufacturers). Check out the hotel where we stayed in the pictures below.

Well fam, I know you all are well aware of the fact that donuts are my love language. Some of the locals we met in Oaks Bluff advised us to try Back Door Donuts! They were incredible, and we got to try some of their unique flavors, including the bear claw that I am eating in the middle of the bed in the photo below. Remember, this is a judgment-free zone. Haha!
We’re not done just yet. Keep your eyes peeled for the third and final part of this Martha’s Vineyard blog post series. See you later (sooner, rather than later actually). Not sure what’s coming next? The next stop includes something or someone that is soft, furry, and walks on all four legs. Good luck guessing, and before you know it, the post will be right at your fingertips to read. Enjoy!
