Happy Sunday Eclectic Chic family! If you are in the Midwestern area, I hope you are surviving the heat and enjoying this beautiful summer weekend! For this blog post, I’ve got a spicy, hot treat for you. Ok, I know what you’re thinking. It’s 90 degrees outside! The last thing we need is to kick up the heat. You’ve got a point…but, trust me. I’ve never led you wrong, and I’m not about to start now. Influenster sent Eclectic Chic yet another wonderful VoxBox. Different from past VoxBox makeup, beauty, and skincare product reviews, this VoxBox reveals a savory treat! I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
Before I reveal to you what I received in my most recent Influenster VoxBox, let’s talk about the fashion. After I went to dinner with my friend in Royal Oak about a month ago, I decided to go to Pitaya to see if they received any new outfits. The sales rack lured my attention, and before I knew any better, I was in the dressing room trying on an armful of perfectly priced summer outfits. After a swift process of elimination (A Secret About Me: As much as I love fashion, I am not a big fan of shopping. It can be such a tedious process…so I quickly scan the racks, try on clothes as fast as I can, and checkout to purchase my selected items so I can go about my day), I narrowed my selection down to 3 outfits, including the ensemble pictured above. This easy-breezy Favlux 2-pieced seersucker outfit in light red and white is the perfect outfit for warm, summer weekend days! Click below to shop this outfit!

Ok so we covered the fashion, now let’s keep going to the big reveal of what’s inside of my VoxBox!
Peek-A-Boo!
Honey Habanero
When I found out that Eclectic Chic was chosen for this campaign, I began researching the brand and checked out the sauce that would be sent our way. Since I am all about the heat and added spice when it comes to a good bbq, I was secretly hoping that they would send us the Honey Habanero flavored sauce…talk about manifestation at its finest. If spice is not your thing, don’t worry. The Pinoneer Woman brand made other flavored bbq sauces, too. Apple Brown Sugar, Frontier, and Peach Wiskey are the other flavors offered…yum!
A couple of days ago, my mom and I went to Mission BBQ in Troy, Michigan to get her free bday meal. They took good care of us, and there was so much food to spare. The customer service there is wonderful, and we left feeling so happy! I highly recommend them! We got the ribs, collard greens, macaroni and cheese and cornbread (with banana pudding for dessert that we had to save for later, because we were stuffed at the end of the meal). This bbq meal presented the perfect opportunity to try the new Pioneer Woman bbq sauce.
BBQ Time!
Suburban Girl With A Country Appetite
Yes, this picture illustrates pure bliss. A cute summer outfit paired with soul food, hot bbq sauce, and a warm summer breeze. I’m loving it all!!! #Nomnom So what is my verdict for this sauce?? It was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy…exactly what a bbq sauce should be!
