I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off my second auto show season than by traveling to Anaheim, California. One of the absolutely best aspects of working as a North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) product specialist are the many cities across the country that I travel to and explore with my teammates.
Disney, Here We Come!!
I love places where there is an abundance of palm trees and sunshine! For this auto show season, I requested to work more shows in warmer cities. I have received my schedule, and I was not disappointed one bit! Can you guess what other cities I will be traveling to this season?
A Tribute To Minnie Mouse at the Anaheim Auto Show
Disneyland and Downtown Disney were decorated with pumpkin arrangements in preparation for Mickey’s Halloween Party. It was completely sold out, by the time we got our schedules. I hope everyone had a good time, and maybe I will have an opportunity to go next year. We’ll see!

It’s A Small World After All
“Wow! What are you guys doing here!?” Meet Streetlight Cadence. The group pictured above includes Jonathon Franklin (violinist), Brian Webb (cellist), and Jesse Shiroma (accordion and percussion player). Both Jonathon and Brian attended my alma mater, Hawai’i Pacific University (HPU). The group features alternative folk pop music and demonstrates an “eclectic” and unique blend of tunes. I cannot help but stop and listen to them every time I see them performing. My favorite performance will always be when they took home the first place prize at HPU’s annual Da Freakshow after their wonderful and unexpected rendition of Michael Jackson’s renowned “Smooth Criminal”. Despite their humble and approachable demeanor, their talent is unlike any other group I have witnessed. It was great catching up with old friends…it’s a small world after all!
You guys know that a trip to California would not be complete without a visit to In-N-Out Burger. I was first introduced to this place when I visited Ventura, CA as a teenager for my friend’s quinceañera. During this trip, I got the cheeseburger, animal style fries, and vanilla-strawberry milkshake. Too much? I don’t think so.
You know what they say….”I’m all about the palm trees and 80 degrees”! Eclectic Chic fam, what is your favorite warm weather destination? Let me know by leaving a comment below.
My auto show DL recommended that I go to the Anaheim Packing House during my stay here in Anaheim. It is well known for offering a variety of cuisines, including Japanese, Indian, Southern, French and many more. The options were endless, and it took me a couple of laps around the building to narrow down my top choices. This is definitely best for big families or big groups of friends going out that cannot decide on what to eat. Here’s your solution for that. Next time you’re in Anaheim, be sure to visit. Enjoy!
Bird Cages, Oranges, and Wiry Lanterns?…How Eclectic
This was one of the very delicious dishes that I ordered for lunch. Can you guess what it is? Here’s a hint…it’s an Indian dish. Yum!
Shave Ice!!!!
This Michigan girl will always have a piece of her heart in Hawai’i! One of my favorite desserts made in Hawai’i is shave ice hands down! I was super stoked to see that the Anaheim Packing House included “i am”, a shave ice restaurant! I love fresh fruits, and chose the option packed with strawberries, bananas, kiwi, mango, almond slices, and of course, a snow cap (aka condensed milk–it’s not the same without it). It was so delicious! Loa ono!
Mahi Mahi Tacos
I love blogging in unconventional settings, such as beside the pool in beautiful, sunny California. Don’t forget the yummy fish tacos and virgin Piña Colado! This is the life!
This week, I will be back in California for my fourth auto show this season. I am looking forward to ringing in the New Year in San Diego. Stay tuned for more California dreamin’ and west coast adventures to come.

Hello ,
I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks very good!
I’m also interested in this topic and have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.
I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive.
Can you recommend something what works best for you?
Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: http://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about FutureNet and the way how users can make money on this social networking portal.)
I have subscribed to your newsletter. 🙂
Hope to hear from you soon.
P.S.
Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?
Regards
